Distinguish a visit from a document submission
Systems used to deliver and protect websites may process technical request details about networks and browsers. The guide does not ask you to enter the amounts or identifiers from a real file. A phone conversation uses a different channel; ask about recording and later data handling before sharing sensitive account information.
Evaluate an outgoing destination separately
IRS resources, the Google business listing, and Republic Tax information operate under their own data practices. If records are requested afterward, establish who needs them, why, how they will be sent, and how they will be retained. Keep originals and a note of what you supplied. A public explanatory panel does not define the practices of a later engagement.
